Introduction
This Work Instruction details the procedures to be adopted for reporting defects found during inspections of electric track equipment.
Attention as appropriate, to minor defects shall be rectified at the time of inspection of electric track equipment.
Any defect discovered which cannot be rectified at the time of the inspection which effects the safe operation of trains shall be reported immediately to the Electrical Control Operator or Area E&P Engineer as appropriate.
