PURPOSE. This Instruction establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides organizational structure for United States Coast Guard (USCG) Exercise Program Management, enclosure (1). It establishes expectations for participation in the National Exercise Program (NEP) as outlined in reference (a). This Instruction is consistent with references (a) through (g).
