scope:
PURPOSE. This instruction prescribes policies and procedures for compliance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA); and it reinforces the concept of Pollution Prevention (P2) as our primary strategy to comply with EPCRA and all environmental regulations.
