Purpose
a. To update policies and responsibilities in reference (a) for implementing and managing statutory and regulatory requirements within the Department of the Navy (DON) for small business, veteran-owned small business (VOSB), servicedisabled VOSB, historically underutilized business zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, Department of Defense (DoD) Pilot Mentor-Protégé Program, and Indian Incentive Program, hereafter referred to collectively as small business programs.
b. To rename the DON Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Program to Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).
