La presente norma si applica ai materiali in lamine utilizzati per la fabbricazione dei dispositivi di protezione radiologica contro la radiazione-X generata da tubi radiogeni con tensioni fino a 400kV e filtrazione totale fino a un massimo di 3,5 mm di Cu.
Specifica i metodi per determinare e indicare le proprietà di attenuazione dei materiali.
