scope:

This procedure applies to all contractors and suppliers who operate and/or supply, Road-Rail vehicles and/or Rail-Mounted Maintenance Machines with Trailers and/or Rail-Mounted Attachments on Network Rail Controlled Infrastructure.

This procedure also applies to:-

• Contractor organisation and Agency staff undertaking the duties of On-Track Plant Machine/Crane Controllers and/or Operators

• Training organisations providing training in the duties of On-Track Plant Machine/Crane Controllers and/or Operators

• Assessment organisations providing competence assessments in the duties of On-Track Plant Machine/Crane Controllers and/or Operators

Purpose

This Procedure mandates industry compliance to M&EE Code of Practice 0014 (Issue 4) as attached to this procedure as Appendix A.
