Zweck des Plattendruckversuchs ist es, Drucksetzungslinien zu ermitteln und anhand dieser die Verformbarkeit und die Tragfähigkeit des Bodens zu beurteilen. Aus den Drucksetzungslinien können der Verformungsmodul EV und der Bettungsmodul ks ermittelt werden.
