This standard applies to woven glass filament fabric for aerospace purposes made from filament yarns and twisted yarns according to DIN 60850-2.
The woven glass filament fabrics are di-sized and provided with a coupling agent finish. They are used for the mechanical reinforcement of plastic materials, as carrier material for coatings, impregnation's, lamination's and other special applications.
