scope:
General. This specification contains the general requirements for the establishment of a quality control system by the contractor to assure that materials, supplies, or services meet the quality standards established by the contract. The procedures used to implement the requirements of this specification shall be as agreed upon between the contractor and the Government Representative, hereinafter referred to as the Inspector. this system is subject to surveillance by the Inspector.
