Introduction
During the FDIS voting period the validity of EN 954-1, Safety of machinery - Safety related parts of control systems, has been prolonged. Therefore several ISO members commented for re-introducing reference to EN 954-1 in ISO 23125.
In the WG meeting after the FDIS vote it was accepted to re-introduce reference to EN 954-1. However, these comments were discussed and accepted at the 7th meeting of the ISO/ TC 39/ SC 10/ WG3 in Frankfurt (2010-02-15) but not accepted by ISO/CS as editorial comments. Therefore this amendment has been produced, which follows comments and proposals of the ISO members in their FDIS vote to ISO 23125. 2011
