This Guidance Document applies to Programme Machines in service at the date of issue of this document.
This document replaces M7057 A2.
Purpose
This document is the Manual of good practice relating to the application of Programme Machines to Signalling Control Systems presently used on London Underground.
The Control of the London Underground railway is exercised through a Control system of which the signalling Control system is a part. The philosophy of Signalling Control Systems is described in standard E7002, Signalling Control Systems.
