Diese Technische Spezifikation legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Ammonium-Stickstoff und Nitrat- Stickstoff in Schlamm, behandeltem Bioabfall und Boden nach der Extraktion mit einer 1 mol/l Kaliumchloridlösung fest. Das Extraktionsverfahren ist für frische Proben geeignet.

Die Bestimmung von Stickstoffanteilen kann manuell oder mithilfe automatisierter Verfahren vorgenommen werden.
