The equipment covered by this specification shall generate pulses, recurring at precise intervals of time, which are suitable for direct operation of release solenoids of bomb racks and other store suspension equipment. This equipment shall be such that the use of tables, or graphs, is unnecessary to provide the proper time interval associated with a desired ground spacing between dropped stores when the aircraft ground speed is manually inserted. The intervalometer shall also control the number of stores expended.
