The Auto Dialer Reference suite of documents intends to provide basic information regarding the use of auto dialers, as applicable to the Next Generation Interconnection Interoperability Forum (NGIIF).

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide basic information on auto dialers, so that this knowledge can be applied when reading and utilizing the suite of NGIIF Auto Dialer Reference Documents. This document should be used as a reference when reading any of the published guidelines that are listed in ATIS-0300105, Auto Dialer Master Table of Contents, or in Clause 7, Abstracts of Auto Dialer Documentation.

This document should be used in reference to the full suite of Auto Dialer Reference Document guidelines published by the NGIIF.
