Purpose of This Notice. This notice requires aviation safety inspectors (ASI) responsible for oversight of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 125 and 135 certificate holders, part 125 Letter of Deviation Authority (LODA) holders, part 91 subpart K (part 91K) program managers and part 91 operators that operate aircraft with Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) II installed to review their operator's manual(s) and training program to verify the inclusion of TCAS II information and that the information conforms to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidance found in the current edition of Advisory Circular (AC) 120-55, Air Carrier Operational Approval and Use of TCAS II.
