Purpose

This regulation establishes the Installation Status Report (ISR) Program within the Department of the Army (DA). This regulation prescribes responsibilities, policies, and guidance for implementing the ISR Program. The requirement control symbol is Assistant Chief of Staff for Information Management (ACSIM)-0004.

Applicability.This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army NationalGuard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated. During mobilization, policies contained in this regulation may be modified by the proponent.
