2009 for Healthcare New Construction & Major Renovations xiv LEED 2009 for Healthcare certifications are awarded according to the following scale: Certified 40-49 points Silver 50-59 points Gold 60-79 points Platinum 80 points and above GBCI will recognize buildings that achieve one of these rating levels with a formal letter of certification.
