This standard applies to all Metronet Rail's staff undertaking work of a safety critical nature and their managers. Contractors working for Metronet Rail are expected to have a fatigue-management system for their safety critical workers.
Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to describe the process of monitoring and controlling the risks arising from fatigue in safety critical workers, in compliance with the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006.
