Introduction
This guidance has been issued following consultation with the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA), who have agreed that if we (London Underground) carry out the evacuations and fire drills as noted in this document, we will meet the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order 2005, the Fire Precautions (sub-surface railway stations) (England) Regulations 2009 and their associated guidance.
