Purpose

This document forms a part of the Modular Signalling Handbook. It defines the nonfunctional requirements that shall apply to both the selection and deployment of Modular Signalling systems on secondary lines. It defines principal requirements that shall apply and provides guidance to projects on how non-functional requirements can be met and demonstrated.
