scope:
Purpose. To establish policy and assign responsibility for implementing nuclear survivability into Navy and Marine Corps systems and platforms; to incorporate nuclear survivability functions within the existing Navy decision process; to synchronize and align the naval nuclear survivability guidance with references (a) through (j); and to ensure warfighters are provided with nuclear survivable systems.
