This European Standard specifies a test method for the determination of Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) content in diesel fuel or domestic heating fuel by mid infrared spectrometry. The scope of the work is to revise the existing procedure and entertain a new RR in order to expand the scope to blends up to 50% FAME.
