This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the rods and bars of titanium and titanium alloys (hereafter referred to as "bars"). It is applicable to bars with square, rectangular and regular hexagonal sections as well as those with circular section, but not applicable to bars with circular section of which the diameter is smaller than 8 mm.
