scope:

The intent of this Technical Report is two-fold:

• To review existing and emerging mobile network technology QoS standards and performance metrics.

• To analyze trends providing recommendations on further work for ATIS standards.

The outcome of the Technical Report will be to identify any possible further work in ATIS IIF and how mobile network QoS standards can assist in the development of specifications to support delivery of IPTV services to devices in a mobile network.
