Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren für die Bestimmung der gelösten Fraktion von Glyphosat und dessen wichtigstem Metabolit Aminomethylphosphonsäure (AMPA) im Trink-, Grund- und Oberflächenwasser in den Konzentrationen von 0,03 μg/l bis 1,5 μg/l fest. Sie gilt nicht für Meereswasser oder Salzwasser. Dieses Verfahren darf auf andere Wasserarten angewendet werden, vorausgesetzt, das Verfahren wird für jeden einzelnen Fall validiert.
