scope:
This standard deals with the manufacture and installation of roller shutters, roll-up and sectional doors, roller grilles, mechanically operated shading systems, black-out blinds, awnings, venetian blinds, pleated blinds, and flyscreens.
Clauses 1 to 5 of DIN 18299 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, the latter shall take precedence
