Purpose
This chapter implements the Department of Defense (DoD) program under Title 31, United States Code, Section 9701 (31 U.S.C. §9701), further codified in Title 32 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 204 and Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-25 (OMB Circular No. A-25) "User Charges," to establish appropriate fees for authorized services supplied by DoD organizations.
