This Guidance applies to all Public Address (PA) systems used by LU and where their operation may cause noise nuisance to its neighbours
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide PA (Public Address) noise management guidance to all stakeholders involved in PA system design, maintenance, operation customer information strategy and noise complaint management. The Category 1 requirements that relate to PA systems are given in LU (London Underground) standards 1-142 and 1-180.
