PURPOSE This order prescribes the Quality Assurance policy in the Northwest Mountain Region. This policy requires quality assurance that establishes and demonstrates adherence to standards, prevention of errors/deviations, error-free performance, effective operational teamwork, communications, customer service with user surveys, and other proactive measures which ensure that national and regional quality assurance goals and objectives are consistently being met.
