scope:
PURPOSE. This order assigns responsibility for the receipt and administrative control of all Congressional correspondence in the Western-Pacific Region. It provides standards for the preparation of correspondence for response by the Western-Pacific Region to members of Congress. This order is to be used in conjunction with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) order 1360.16, Chapter 4, Congressional Correspondence.
