Purpose of This Notice. This notice amends Federal Aviation Admini stration (FAA) Order JO 7930.2, Notices to Airmen (NOT AM), with new NOTAM procedures and policy. The Central Region has published a Central Region Airport Certifi cation Bulletin Number 20 11-4, Repainting SPHPS and NOTAMs. This notice addresses the changes in Certification Bulletin Number 2011-4 and provides NOT AM examples for runway visual range (RVR). This policy al lows for an exception to Paragraph 1-2-3. Avoidance of Duplication, when a NOTAM is required by a Certifi cate of Waiver.
