scope:

Purpose of this Notice. This notice contains the description of the Technical Operations Services Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) entitled Technical Operations Safety Action Program (T-SAP). This notice establishes T-SAP guidance for a limited demonstration period, as defined in this notice. In accordance with the ASAP Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Professional Aviation Safety Specialists (PASS) dated December 17, 2010 (see Appendix A), the parties will conduct a review of T-SAP that will take place at the organizational level and a determination will be made for the continuation of the program. If the outcome of the T-SAP review determines that the program will be implemented nationally, the requirements in this notice and any necessary changes, will be incorporated into FAA Order 7200.20, Voluntary Safety Reporting Programs.
