PURPOSE. This order alerts System Management Office (SMO) personnel and Technical Inspection evaluators to pay particular attention to the validity of the very high frequency omnirange (VOR) reference ground check error curves. These documents are required at each VOR facility and associated remote monitoring control facility (RMC-F) locations where quarterly periodic maintenance is performed.
