This plan identifies and describes the contractor's CBM+ Program; how, when, by whom, and on what systems CBM+ technology and processes will be applied. The plan will provide the government with a basis for review and evaluation of the contractor's proposed CBM+ program and its proposed components.

The CBM+ plan is the basic tool used to establish and execute an effective CBM+ program. When submitted as a response to a solicitation document, it may be used in the source selection process.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
