The Field Change Execution Data Package details the contractor's engineering analysis, plans, procedures, studies, etc. for a field change package.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.

Requirements:

1.Format. The Field Change Execution Data Package format shall be presented in a format similar to that of Figure 1.

2.Content. The Field Change Execution Data Package shall contain all the information specified in Figure 1.
