scope:

Purpose. To prescribe policy for use of the Department of the Navy's (DON) executive transportation, special bus service, and shuttle bus service and to outline requirements and responsibilities for such transportation, per references (a) through (f) .

Applicability. This instruction applies to the Office of the Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC), and all U_. S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps installations, commands, activities, field offices, and all other organizational entities within the DON located within the National Capital Region (NCR) -
