Purpose of This Notice.
This notice amends procedures contained within Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order JO 7110.65, Air Traffic Control, and introduces procedures and phraseology applicable to GNSS-equipped aircraft operating on random routes. This notice cancels and replaces N JO 7110.613, Exception for GNSS-Equipped Departures.
