What this book is for

This book details the instructions for managing stations on the London Underground (LU) network. It covers opening and closing a station, inspections of the station premises, staffing and familiarisation arrangements, congestion control and evacuation arrangements.

The book applies across the LU network, except where otherwise indicated.
