This instruction applies to all requirements under the DoD Taxonomy (including construction), that are funded by NAVCOMPT 2276 request for Contractual Procurement (RCP), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR), project order, or any other method for obtaining contractor performance. This instruction covers NAVFAC Headquarters and its subordinate commands.
Purpose
To provide guidance for the Naval Facilities Engineering command (NAVFAC) on Requirements Review Board (contracts Courts) contract management and oversight in accordance with references (a) through (h).
