PURPOSE. This Instruction establishes the policy and requirements for the performance a conduct of a comprehensive Logistics Compliance Inspection (LCI) Program. The Aeronautical Engineering LCI and the Naval Engineering LCI have been developed to meet the intent of this Instruction.
