This specification covers a type of low pressure flexible hose fabricated in specific lengths.
The hose shall be made in the following lengths as specified (see 6.2):
Size 1 - 2 feet long
Size 2 - 6 feet long
Size 3 - 9 feet long
Size 4 - 4 feet long
Size 5 - 3-¾ inches long
Size 6 - 6 inches long
intended Use:
These hoses are used in Nuclear Biological Chemical protective systems as flexible, agent-resistant air ducts that provide adequate flow rates of purified air to one individual.
