The draft ETS is based upon CCITT Recommendation T.563 (1), "Terminal Characteristics for Group 4 Facsimile Apparatus" and CCITT Recommendation T.6 (2) "Facsimile coding schemes and coding control functions for Group 4 facsimile apparatus".
