Purpose of This Notice.

The purpose of this notice is to allow sufficient time to research development, and test an Arrival Departure Window (ADW) procedure at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). As part of a process to reduce the loss of separation involved in missed approaches/goarounds of aircraft operating on non-intersecting converging runways, a new paragraph was added to FAA Order JO 7110.65.
