PURPOSE.
This Order permits the removal of the outer doors to the common control, meter, and regulator, number 1, 2, and 3 control panels of the Hevi-Duty, three-phase, ALSAF substations. The outer doors are shown in Figure 9, page 30 of Hevi-Duty Instructions Book Part #51330.
