Purpose of This Notice.
This notice reinforces the Air Transportation Oversight System (ATOS) Resources Not Available (RNA) policy and revises National Work Program Guidelines (NPG) policy to more accurately identify Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) surveillance activities that are not accomplished due to lack of resources.
