This AD 2000-Merkblatt applies to the requirements for the materials and manufacture, design and testing of pressure vessels and their components made of textile glass fibre reinforced thermosetting plastics. Textile glass fibre reinforced thermosetting plastics consist of reaction resin moulding materials, preferably based on unsaturated polyester (UP) and epoxy resin (EP) which are reinforced by glass fibre.
This AD 2000-Merkblatt may be used, as appropriate, for other fibre reinforcements.
