REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE

This Instruction:

Reissues Reference (a) to update policies governing the DoD Forms Management Program consistent with References (b) through (e).

Continues to authorize the publication of DoD 7750.7-M (Reference (f)).

Cancels DoD 7750.7-L (Reference (g)).

APPLICABILITY

This Instruction applies to the the Military Departments, the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Staff, the Combatant Commands, the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies, the DoD Field Activities, and all other organizational entities within the Department of Defense (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "DoD Components").
