This European Standard specifies product characteristics for demountable (temporary) stands at permanent or temporary entertainment venues including sports stadiums, sport halls and indoor and outdoor facilities. Stands in fairgrounds and amusement parks are excluded from this standard.
This European Standard is not applicable to stands of moveable type in which the last row of places for spectators is less than 1 m height from the ground.
