This specification establishes the requirements for the manufacture and inspection of two types of bomb ejector racks capable of carrying and releasing stores having suspension lugs spaced 355.6 millimeters (14 inches) apart and weighing from 45 kilograms (100 pounds) to 660 kilograms (1,450 pounds). The test limits in this specification define minimum acceptable capabilities.

Bomb ejector racks, hereinafter called ejector units, covered by this specification shall be of the following types:

Type I BRU-20, BRU-21, BRU-22, BRU-23 Bomb Ejector Racks Type II BRU-24, BRU-25 Bomb Ejector Racks
