PURPOSE OF PAPER

The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance on the commercial issues involved in adopting the Integrated Logistic Support concept in equipment acquisition, and how these issues might be addressed contractually.

This paper should be read in conjunction with ALP-10, Guidance on Integrated Logistic Support for multinational equipment projects, which addresses the technical issues concerned.
